Understanding the New 90-Day Credit Rollover System

We’re excited to introduce a new update to our credit system that gives you greater flexibility in using your design credits.

What’s Changing?

Previously, credits expired at the end of each month if unused. Starting July 2025, credits now have a 90-day lifespan.

This means you can:

  • Plan ahead for larger projects or seasonal campaigns

  • Use your credits more strategically

  • Avoid losing unused credits at the end of the month

How It Works

  • Credits are still issued on the 1st of each month.

  • Any unused credits will remain available for 90 days (until the end of the third month).

  • When submitting a request, the oldest available credits will be used first. Purchased credits will be used last and still do not expire until the end of your contract.

For example:
Credits issued on July 1 will expire on September 30.

Weekly Slack Updates

To help you stay on top of your available credits, we’ve introduced an automated Slack message every Monday with a breakdown of:

  • Your total usable credits

  • How many credits will expire in 90 / 60 / 30 days

This ensures transparency and helps with planning.

Important Note About Contract End Dates

The 90-day credit rollover applies until the final two months of your contract. During those last two months:

  • Any remaining credits will expire at the end of your contract, regardless of their original issue date.

This helps keep your account clean and accurate as we approach renewal.

What If Something Looks Off?

While this new system has been thoroughly tested, we’re still actively monitoring it during rollout.
